7.1 Employees

Construction & Expertise PG inc. may disclose to any member of the company the user data and personal information that it reasonably requires as part of its duties and to achieve the objectives set out in this policy.

Construction & Expertise PG inc. may share user data and personal information required for recruitment, hiring, training, compensation or billing purposes with the following third parties:

Third parties will not be able to access personal data and information beyond what is reasonably necessary to achieve the purpose.

7.3 Other Disclosures

Construction & Expertise PG inc. will not sell or share your data with other third parties, except in accordance with the law.

User data and personal information will be retained for a period of one (1) year. 

We will ensure that users are notified if their data is retained beyond this period.
